Vibe Setup: The Fall Aesthetic
Set the mood before anything else for your at home spa day:
Lighting: Warm-toned string lights or candles (think pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, or amber scented).
Playlist: Acoustic autumn vibes, soft jazz, or lo-fi coffeehouse beats.
Scents: Simmer a pot of water with orange slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise. Or use a diffuser with fall spicy, citrusy, earthy and woody essential oils likeĀ cedarwood, clove, ginger, sweet orange, vanilla,Ā cinnamon, nutmeg orĀ amber

Decor: Cozy blanket, soft robe, fuzzy socks, and maybe a good book or journal nearby.
Tea or Herbal Drink: Pour yourself a warming beverage before, during or after your pampering

DIY Fall Diffuser Blend

3 drops Vanilla
1 drop Cardamom
1 drop Cinnamon
1 drop Nutmeg
Ā
Add essential oils to a diffuser. Use recommended amount of water for your diffuser.

šWarm Apple Cider Foot Soak

Ingredients:
Warm water
Apple cider vinegar
Sliced apples or oranges for visual aesthetic
How-To:Fill a tub or basin with 1 cup of vinegar. Add 2 cups of warm water. Continue a 2:1 ratio until your container is full enough to cover your feet. Soak your feet for 15ā20 minutes while sipping a hot drink (chai, cider, or latte). Add a spoonful of honey to your drink for extra comfort.

Epsom Salt Foot Soak

Ingredients:
Warm water
½ cup Epsom Salts
Optional: 3-6 drops of essential (lavender, tea tree or peppermint)
How-To:Fill a tub or basin with warm water covering feet. Add Epsom salts. Continue a 2:1 ratio until your container is full enough to cover your feet. Soak your feet for 15ā20 minutes.
šÆĀ Pumpkin & Honey Face Mask
Ingredients:

3 tbsp organic pumpkin purƩe (high in antioxidants + enzymes)
1 tbsp manuka or raw honey (moisturizing + antibacterial)
Optional: oat milk to adjust consistency
Optional for acne prone skin: ¼ tsp Turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory + anti-bacterial)
How-To:Combine ingredients in small ball and mix well. Add oat milk to adjust consistency. Apply to clean and dry face. Let the mask sit on your face for 5-10 minutes. Or longer if tolerated. Rinse off gently with warm water and a soft cloth.

š°Ā Brown Sugar & Vanilla Body Scrub

Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar
¼ cup coconut oil (or olive oil)
1 Tbs Honey
Splash of vanilla extract
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
How-To:Mix ingredients until desired consistency. Add more carrier oil if needed. Scrub gently in the shower for smooth, glowing skin. The sugar exfoliates while the oil deeply hydrates.

šĀ Aromatherapy Shower or Bath

Shower Option:Ā Tie together a bundle of eucalyptus, dried orange peel, and cinnamon sticks and hang it behind the shower head for a steamy scent boost.
Bath Option:Ā Add 1 cup Epsom salt, a few drops of essential oils (lemon, chamomile, clary sage, ylang-ylang or frankincense), and dried calendula flowers or orange slices. Dilute essential oils with carrier oil like jojoba or coconut oil before adding to bath water. Float a few candles nearby for the full effect.

Spiced Oatmeal Bath

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1/2 tsp ginger root powder
·     ¼ tsp cardamon powder
·     ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Cheesecloth

Mix spices with oatmeal. Place mixture into cheesecloth or a muslin bag and attach to faucet so that warm water can flow through. (Do not use this spice mixture if you have sensitive skin)
