(For December–February: when the world is cold, sparkly, and in need of warmth)

🌟Vibe Setup: The Winter Aesthetic

Set the scene before you start, your environment is part of the self-care.

 

Lighting:  Soft white fairy lights or candlelight (go for scents like peppermint, fir, vanilla, sandalwood, or frankincense). Add a string of twinkling lights to mirror snowy evenings.


Playlist: Cozy winter jazz, instrumental piano, or acoustic holiday covers. For deeper relaxation: ambient “snowfall” or crackling fireplace sounds.



Scents: Simmer a pot of:

1 orange (sliced)

A handful of cranberries

1 cinnamon stick

1 rosemary sprig and/or spruce needles

1 tablespoon of whole cloves

1 tablespoon of allspice berries

1 teaspoon of nutmeg


→ Smells like a “winter cabin” meets holiday kitchen.


Other ingredient ideas for a simmer pot: lime, lemon, grapefruit, apples or apple cider, pears, cinnamon, ginger, cardamon, star anise, pumpkin spice, thyme, basil, mint, bay leaves, pine or fir needles, lavender, vanilla extract


Or use essential oils like: peppermint, pine, fir, vanilla, frankincense, myrrh, or cedarwood in a diffuser.



Decor: Fluffy robe, cozy socks, hot drink in hand, soft blanket, and your favorite candle burning. Add twinkling lights or a mini evergreen branch for a festive touch.

Tea or Herbal Drink: A warming cup of peppermint hot cocoa, spiced chai, or cranberry herbal tea. Add a heart-shaped marshmallow or sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for flair.

 

Winter Recipes with Spice – use this for inspiration



 Winter Diffuser Blend – “Fireside Glow”

  • 2 drops Vanilla

  • 2 drops Peppermint

  • 1 drop Frankincense

  • 1 drop Cedarwood

Add to diffuser with water. Balances freshness with calm, perfect for a winter reset.



🩵 Peppermint & Eucalyptus Foot Soak (Winter Renewal)

Ingredients:

  • Warm water

  • ½ cup Epsom salt

  • 1 tbsp baking soda

  • 3 drops peppermint essential oil

🍓 Vanilla Rose Sugar Body Scrub (Valentine Glow Edition)

Ingredients:
